INQUIRY TO BOOKING
Following your initial inquiry, I will schedule a time to have a video chat in order to learn more about you and your business, your vision, goals and timeline. Once we have determined we are a good fit, I will send a proposal outlining the scope of our work together along with a contract and request for retainer payment. After the initial retainer has been received and the contract has been signed, you are officially booked!

COLLABORATION AND INSPIRATION
Now that our collaboration is official, we'll create a vision board to narrow our focus and determine a colour palette.
Then I’ll begin creating your artwork. You’ll get sneak peeks along the way! I’ll make some adjustments and tweaks if needed and finalize the artwork.

DIGITAL MAGIC
Once the artwork is finalized, the motifs are meticulously digitized and arranged into a pattern design. You are sent draft files for review and we adjust until you absolutely love it. Once the designs are finalized, I package your files into your chosen format and you can send them off to swatch!
If you need colour revisions following the swatch process, we do that at your request.
